Terms of Service

1. Ownership & CopyrightAll photographs produced by Person remain the property of Person. Clients receive usage rights only as explicitly granted in writing.
Any use of the Creator’s photos must include proper credit to the Creator’s name.2. Photo Credit RequirementClients agree that any and all photos shared, posted, printed, or distributed publicly must be credited to the Creator.
Acceptable credit formats include:“666personphotos666”
“Photo by "666personphotos666”Failure to provide proper credit constitutes a breach of these Terms of Service

3. No Modification Without Written ConsentClients may not edit, alter, filter, crop, retouch, manipulate, or modify any of the Creator’s photos without prior written consent.
This includes but is not limited to:Color changes
AI enhancements
Retouching
Social media filters
Cropping that removes watermarks or composition elementsAny unauthorized modification is strictly prohibited.

4. No AI UseClients may not upload, scan, feed, train, or input any of the Creator’s photos into AI systems, including but not limited to:Generative AI
Editing AI
Training datasets
Enhancement tools
Image recognition or analysis systemsThis restriction applies regardless of purpose (editing, learning, recreation, or transformation).

5. Right to Refuse ServiceThe Creator reserves the full right to refuse any and all services at any time, for any reason, with no refund.
Reasons may include but are not limited to:Disrespectful behavior
Violation of these Terms
Unsafe working conditions
Misuse of photos
Failure to follow instructions or agreementsOnce service is refused, the Creator has no further obligation to complete, deliver, or continue any project.

6. Usage RightsClients receive only the usage rights explicitly stated in writing.
No additional rights such as editorial or otherwise are granted unless specifically outlined and agreed upon

7. EnforcementViolation of any part of this Terms of Service may result in:Immediate termination of services
Revocation of usage rights
Legal action for copyright infringement
Fees or damages as permitted by law

8. Upfront & Final PaymentAll payments are due upfront, in full, and are strictly non‑refundable.
Payment must be completed before any services begin, including, shooting or editing.Once payment is made, it is considered final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
